Cochran Heights Neighborhood Association

CHNA is a volunteer, non-partisan, non-profit organization created for and by the neighbors of Cochran Heights. We represent the dues-paying members of the organization and work for the betterment of the entire neighborhood.

One of the Dallas’ oldest communities, Cochran Heights offers the hard-to-find luxury of a walkable neighborhood of just over 300 homes, while being close to downtown and many other Dallas attractions.

Cochran Heights is home to a diverse mix of young professionals, first-time homeowners, long-term residents, townhomes, rentals, and everything in between. The neighborhood features a large concentration of architecturally-significant homes designed by Charles Dilbeck. We are close to a thriving nightlife scene featuring casual to upscale restaurants, neighborhood pubs, and unique shopping experiences. On the other side of Central Expressway is the Katy Trail bike trail and jogging path.

Green alley: Our biggest current project is turning an abandoned alley into a linear park.

Living Alley Commemorative Bricks

Support the ongoing care and beautification of our Living Alley at Cochran Park by purchasing a commemorative brick! As part of the fundraising effort, your personalized brick will become a lasting part of our unique alleyway, honoring your family, a loved one, pet or a special memory. Proceeds directly support maintenance, landscaping, and improvements to ensure the alley remains a vibrant, welcoming space for all.

We will order all bricks at once, which will be placed in the Living Alley once we receive them.
