Current By-Laws

In the fall of 2020, the CHNA board proposed a revised set of By-Laws, which voting members unanimously approved during a neighborhood association meeting on Sept. 30, 2020. The current bylaws took effect starting Jan. 1, 2021 and can be found here:  CHNA By Laws 010121

Archived By-Laws

On March 27, 2019, members of the Cochran Heights Neighborhood Association voted to amend the By-Laws to change the geographic boundaries of the neighborhood association.  This change is outlined in Article 1.3 and Attachment A.  The changes can be found here:  CHNA By Laws 20190507 (Boundary changes)

In September 2013, a motion was made to update Article 4.7.2 and Article 11.  These changes were voted on and approved at the September 2013 meeting. The updated CHNA By-Laws, incorporating the 2013 changes, can be found here:

In 2011, the Cochran Heights Neighborhood Association formed a By-Law Committee to create the neighborhood’s first official set of by-laws.
