Street Sign Toppers

CHNA worked with the city of Dallas to get the Cochran Heights street sign toppers installed. The signs are blue with white lettering and a lantern image, and can be found on each street intersection in our neighborhood!

Cochran Park Beautification

New trees and an irrigation system was installed in Cochran Park. CHNA donated $657 towards the project and Dallas Park and Recreation Department funded the remaining amount. Huge thanks to Allan Rister (Homer) for coordinating this project!

Henderson Art Project

Andres Properties and Phoenix Property Co. are putting up the $12,000 prize money towards a competition for Texas sculptors, who are displaying their work on Henderson Avenue. Currently there are seven sculptures, which will stay in place for two years, and the following year, seven more shall be selected, to eventually get a rotating gallery of 14 sculptures along Henderson.
